Message	It's just black vinyl with holes cut out. You can get it done at any automotive-lettering shop, speed-shop, or sign-shop. Looks like crap IMHO. To each there own. Anything that obscures the rear lights aren't legal but, since they do let some light through, I don't think you'll get pulled over... I'm not liable if you do. Don't know the law that well.
